New AMAC Box Copic Storage

Hello, Today I am showing the new Copic Storage that I designed for my Copic markers.  I decided that I wanted to add to my Copic collection and that meant that I needed more storage.  I thought that if the storage were square I could fit the old and new markers into the same space that the old took.  I also felt that the PVC pipe was a liitle heavier than I wanted to carry when going to Paper Crafting gatherings with friends, so my goal was to find a lightweight clear rectangle box about 5 inches in length and 2 inches square at the opening.  I found these little AMAC boxes with flush lids and they were just the right size to do the trick.  My husband put this together for me using U-GLU clear strips.  The AMAC boxes are available at The Container Store.

Nice idea. What is the container that the clear boxes are in? Art Bin Super Satchel or something else?

The plastic container is just a plastic tub that I picked up at Target.

I don't have copic markers, but other brands of markers, however, I'm always looking at storage ideas and this one looks to be a winner! Currently, I'm using plastic school pencil boxes, but have been looking for a way to make them portable to take to shoebox parties and stamping days at my girlfriends. Thanks for the idea!

Hello... Love the storage idea! I also would love the brand and size of the plastic container and also the size of the acrylic boxes that go inside. Thank you soooo much!

Hi Kristen,
The plastic container was purchased at Target. IT is called a sweater box and measures 15 1/4" x 13 1/2". The clear containers are 5" x 2.5" x 2.5"
