My husband glued the pipes together with PVC glue. |
I found a cute little plastic container with a lid at Target. It was just the right size with a little extra room on the sides for my Copic Marker Charts and Liners. |
It fits nicely in the trunk or back seat when traveling. |
The tubes are 2 inches in diameter (inside) and you can fit 11 Sketch Copics in one tube. |
It is customizable as you can add tubes as you add markers to your collection.
Thanks for visiting!

Thanks for sharing your marker idea - I have used two different ways to store mine and still am not crazy about how they are...like your idea and may have to try it. At least like colors would be together, when I start coloring they end up ALL over the place....all fun though.
Thanks for sharing this great marker storage idea. I'malways looking for a better way to store mine.
What a great way to organize your copics. Isn't it nice to have a handy hubby.
really cute and affordable idea! thanks for sharing!
I have been looking at this storage system for my markers but wasn't sold on it. I have a desk that has a suspended shelf. I figured I could arrange the pipes to fit in the space between the desk and the shelf. But...this just didn't seem like a portable method to me...that is until I saw your post..duh...a big bin! Why didn't I think of that! Thanks for sharing!
I will make a correction to this post, I had forgotten that we changed our minds and used PVC glue to bind these together, not hot glue.
It must be 4 inch pipe. 2 inch wont hold 11 markers
